NHBC Standards 2021

The National House Builder Council have just released their updated their design standards for 2021 including a revision to the acoustic guidance on External Masonry Walls which now provides design guidance on sealing air paths, a new bullet point on structural members not to transfer across separating walls and reference to the Robust Details Ltd handbook.
